After You Find A Property That is Not Taken,
Purchase It Using Your Points in Escrow
If you do not have enough Points
 Transfer Points over from your Regular Points
Account to Your Escrow Account

Important to Remember
1. Don't Forget You Have to Pay Taxes on Your Property
2. Every Friday You Pay Your Employees
3. Keep Enough Points in your Escrow Account!
4. Copy and Paste the Address to Your Property
You will have to Know where it is to Build It!

To Start Building Your Property
After you have located Your Property
Click on Inventory List
This is what you look for Next:
Development Costs & Foundation Inventory

There you will see the required Units
You Need to Build Your Property

Pick one of those and Remember how
many Units it Takes to Build that Piece of
the Property

On the Same Page Click:
Purchase Inventory for Your Property

Here you will Choose The Property You
Wish to Shop For
Choose Your Property

Next
Purchase Supplies for Development & Foundations
This where it gets Fun! Look at how much it cost to
Build this part of the Property. Then Use the Drop
Down Arrow to decided how much you will
spend (Points) today or if you want to Build All
of that Part Today! LOL LOL

After you choose the Number of Units
Make Sure You Read what it says on the
Next Page!!! Its going to Cost  A LOT of Points
TO Build a Single Piece of  Your Property!
So It May Take You 5 or 6 Times choosing the
Number of Units before you are done with
that one Piece of the Property.

Next Go Back to Inventory List and
Start Over Building another Piece of
Your Property.  Have Fun!!!!
